Karla Seijas of Merced was recently selected by the Elizabeth Dole Foundation as an inductee to the class of 2024 Caregiver Fellows. As a Ph.D. student who teaches at U.C. Merced, as well as a caregiver and mother of two, Seija says when she first heard about the Elizabeth Dole Foundation she was excited to help create a tangible, positive impact for families.
